The history of Bellacasa Mallorca Real Estate starts in 1985 in Cala Ratjada, Northern Majorca, where Lance Minnick moved with his family after living for more than 15 years in Barcelona. Throughout these years, Bellacasa Mallorca has established itself as a family business.  Our professional, friendly and transparent character has led us to be known as a trusted company and of reference on the island of Mallorca.

From the beginning, one of Bellacasa Mallorca’s priorities, has been to have a carefully selected and updated list of properties for sale and rent in Mallorca, according to our standards of quality and price.  This is why we can now offer you around 900 properties for sale in Mallorca.
