The Perfect Combo: Bbq Chicken Wings & Lemon Grass Mojitos!

 

August is ending but we still feel the summer heat over our heads... We walk the day through shades and air conditioning while waiting for the sun to go down... as it is then when a new spur of energy fills our body with the desire of sharing the cooler nights with good friends, smoky food and something summery to drink! Bellacasa Mallorca has put together the best combo meal for tonight! Call your friends and let the party begin!!

 

INGREDIENTS:

Place the chicken in a stainless steel bowl and rub the rub of your choice all over the wings until they are completely coated.

Leave in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably longer.

Add a few glugs of olive oil and rub again.

Thread the chicken wings onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water to prevent them from burning.

Cook over medium hot coals until they are just cooked through on the inside and golden and slightly charred on the outside.

Season with Salt and serve while hot.

 

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

Fill the glasses with crushed ice and top up with soda.
